Click & Collect

When items are in stock we aim to offer same day Click & Collect, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 4pm Mon-Fri and 3pm Sat-Sun will likely be processed the following day.

As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email and / or text message to confirm that you can now collect it.

Please don’t arrive for collection before receiving a notification as there may be occasions where items are out of stock.

Please bring with you your order confirmation email and/or text message when you arrive in store. 

If someone is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have the name of the purchaser and or order number.

Deliveries

Note that there are restrictions on some products, we do not currently ship horse feed and we do not ship any products internationally.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, or items are out of stock, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
